We are passionate about creating empowering experiences where people can learn, develop and progress in a truly accessible way, removing barriers to ensure opportunities are for everyone and encouraging vulnerability to inspire courage in others and to show what is possible.
Empower Women in Tech Conference
Our flagship event Empower Women In Tech Conference will take place in September 2025.
Where the mission began, an event like no other with the belief that personal and professional development should be accessible to all. We know that enabling change starts with a focus on the positive and that’s why we want to deliver this event for the community in a way which makes it as accessible in as many ways as possible.

Never launching with a speaker lineup,

All of our speakers are selected via application process and benefit from speaker support from our experienced team

We keep ticket prices as low as possible

Accessible childcare for everyone

Our event is not for profit, anything we make above covering our costs is donated to our chosen charity
