Empower Women in Tech Awards recognises the real women making meaningful impact, whether they’re leading from the front, lifting others up or quietly changing things for the better.
Free to enter, accessible to attend and driven by our community, these awards are relaxed, real and relatable.
No egos. No barriers. Just women doing great things and a community coming together to celebrate them.

Empower Women in Tech Conference
Our flagship event Empower Women In Tech Conference returns to Manchester in 2027.
Where the mission began, an event like no other with the belief that personal and professional development should be accessible to all. We know that enabling change starts with a focus on the positive and that’s why we want to deliver this event for the community in a way which makes it as accessible in as many ways as possible.

All of our speakers are selected via application process and benefit from speaker support from our experienced team

We keep ticket prices as low as possible

Accessible childcare for everyone

Our event is not for profit, anything we make above covering our costs is donated to our chosen charity
