We want to provide events on a brand new scale combining safe spaces, alongside opportunities to learn, develop and connect in a truly accessible way. Removing barriers to ensure opportunities are for everyone and encouraging vulnerability to inspire courage in others and to show what is possible.

As the founders and creators of Reframe Women in Tech Conference, our mission has always been to provide accessible personal and professional development opportunities for all as part of a safe and supportive community.

Our mission grows even greater with Empower, the second phase of a journey with a purpose which may seem familiar but which takes our vision to the next level.
