The programme is 100% free and is open for registration at any time with regular matching rounds. Whether you’re looking to be a mentor or a mentee we’ll find the right fit for you.

In May 2025 we're bringing together 100 #FemaleFounders for a day like no other.

Empower Female Founders is far from your traditional conference set-up.

We’ve spoken to our community of Female Founders and we know what’s needed is practical action, answers to the important questions and to gain knowledge from those who have been there and done it. ✅

The day will be built around fast-paced workshop sessions and collaborative activities providing the opportunity not just to learn but to connect with female founders sharing the same journey.

Our focus is on building confidence, developing a growth mindset, and providing a supportive community that empowers women to overcome challenges and achieve success.

This is about doing. Not just talking.

Our flagship event Empower Women In Tech Conference will take place in September 2025.

Where the mission began, an event like no other with the belief that personal and professional development should be accessible to all. We know that enabling change starts with a focus on the positive and that’s why we want to deliver this event for the community in a way which makes it as accessible in as many ways as possible.

Some things you may not know about our event ⬇️

🟣 We actively champion first-time and early-stage speakers, never launching with a speaker lineup,

🟣 All of our speakers are selected via application process and benefit from speaker support from our experienced team

🟣 We keep ticket prices as low as possible

🟣 Accessible childcare for everyone

🟣 Our event is not for profit, anything we make above covering our costs is donated to our chosen charity

🟣 Our sponsorship options are accessible with a range of different packages covering elements of the event - there's something for everyone.
