Accessibility is at the core of what we do and we never launch with a speaker lineup.
Back in 2019, we committed to providing first-time and inexperienced speakers with the opportunity to take to our stage to share knowledge, experiences and more and to ensure everyone has the chance to be part of our event.
Through our application process, we actively encourage first-time and early-stage speakers to be part of our event. Our application form is quick and simple and there are no criteria for application.
For every event, we have a theme and focus for our attendees and we're looking for people who match our vision and intention.

We have opportunities across our event to become a keynote speaker on a topic of your choosing which aligns with our event theme. As a keynote speaker you will benefit from support with your speech, presentation materials and ensuring you are comfortable on stage.
As a panel speaker you'll join a group of peers with the option to disucss a range of topics. We want our panels to feel conversational and relaxed with a natural synergy between panelists and we'll work with you to help achieve this, providing questions ahead of time, regular briefings and expert guidance.
Join one of our breakout stages where you'll speak to a smaller audience for 5 -10 minutes on a topic of your choosing. We provide a safe and supportive space with a friendly facilitator to steer the session. Fun and empowering these slots are perfect for first time speakers ready to start their journey to stage.
